Arabzade (Arapzade) Abdurrahman Bahir Efendi was an Ottoman jurist, poet, and musician. He was the personal preacher of Sultan Ahmed III (reign: 1703-1730) from 1710 to 1730. During the Austrian grand ambassador Damian Hugo von Virmont's stay in Istanbul in 1719-20, Abdurrahman was present in several banquets and meetings organized to the honor of Virmont.
