"references": "Pogany, Finanzgenaren S 578:\r\n\r\n1910, als Leon Ritter von Biliński österreichischer Finanzminister war, drückte die österreichische Regierung die Rothschild-Gruppe, die früher die Funktion eines Staatsbankiers wahrgenommen hatte, in den Hintergrund und rief ein neues Konsortium unter der Leitung der Postsparkasse ins Leben, auf dessen Tätigkeit das Handels- und Finanzressort einen größeren Einfluss als früher hatte104.
